Gabby Bath
Gabby’s journey towards becoming a counsellor and art therapist began when she was completing her B.A. in Health Sciences at Simon Fraser University. During the summers, she worked as a camp counsellor and crafts coordinator which further inspired her to become a therapist. Gabby has a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and Art Therapy from Adler University. She has provided counselling and art therapy to many different populations, including children, youth, families, and adults working through various obstacles, such as trauma, substance use, mental illness, abuse, relational conflict, parenting strategies, stress management, self-image, and spiritual exploration.
Gabby enjoys creatively expressing possibilities and facilitating this process for others. She believes that creating art can contribute to resiliency. Through the creation of art, people of all ages can connect with their own creative healing capacities. Gabby is passionate about celebrating each person’s unique strengths as well as compassionately supporting them on their journey towards wellness.
